County Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas has set in work to finally give Ladera, VP, and Windsor Hills the economic commercial district the area deserves. Thomas is allowing residents to vote online to improve the livability, accessibility and walkability” on a stretch of Slauson Avenue near Overhill Drive.
