Inglewood Getting A Pop-Up Neighborhood??

Hollywood Park Casino and Race Track at the corner of Century Blvd and Prairie Ave will be transforming into a “Pop-Up” Community of housing, office, and retail called Hollywood Park Tomorrow,.  Inglewood’s attempt at creating oasis within the city is a great start to encourage development however does not add to the aesthetic of the city, meaning if someone isn’t inside the development, it will be nothing more than of passing by The Grove in Los Angeles.  Unless the city has a plan for the deteriorating businesses along Prairie Ave. and the neighborhood directly west of Prairie, HPT will have these new beautiful homes, condos and apartments right across the street from empty lots and run down business.

  • Civic Site: 4 acres
  • Retail and Entertainment: 620,000 square feet
  • Offices: 75,000 square feet
  • Community Space for Homeowners: 10,000 square feet
  • Casino (Renovated in Place): 120,000 square feet
  • Hotel with Meeting Facilities: 300 rooms, with a 20,000 square foot meeting room
  • Residential Uses: 2,995 Homes

      Excuse my German, Hell yea its a lot of work LOL. WordPress makes extremely easy however the hard part comes with updating and making sure your blog stays relvant to the surrounding community. Just make sure whatever you choose to write about your actually passionate about, otherwise it will feel more like work than fun, and once it feels like work and realize your not getting paid for it you will want to stop.
