TOD Battles begin on the Expo Line

Developers have begin the notice the potential forTranisit Orient Development (TOD) along the Expo Line (especially the USC stops, not surprising) in efforts to begin popping up those mixed use apartment/condo/retail projects.  However one Developer has already run into trouble at the hands of hundreds of people converged on City Hall last month as the Los Angeles Planning Commission considered one of South L.A.’s largest and most controversial building proposals: the $250-million

The vote for the proper use of land was put off until Feb. 10 (tomorrow). The developer was asked to consider some revisions in design, pedestrian access, bicycle access and landscaping.
