Just Another Day In SouthLA
Young, living at home, want to be in the City but don’t want to pay the price? Well look no more……well your still going to have to look however, places such as the Crenshaw District, and Inglewood are turning into truly valuable places for young urban LA to invest in. Another soon to be hot spot district of LA will be Pico-Union district, directly west of Downtown LA’s South Park District.
With crime rates down, the transformation of the Crenshaw Baldwin Hills Mall, the-soon-to-be Crenshaw Line, Inglewood and the Crenshaw District are strong contenders for the young dollar in LA still featuring the amenities of city and minutes from everything, from Hollywood to the Beach. Apartments in both areas can average approximately $780 for a 1 bedroom and $960 for 2 bedrooms.
With the coming Farmers Field, LA Live, Staples Center, and all the rest of downtown right on the other side of the 110, Pico-Union is great option if you want that downtown feel but don’t want that downtown price tag. Don’t take my word for it, do your research!
