Just Another Day In SouthLA

Walk Crenshaw

The long over due Walking Tour of the Crenshaw District has finally made it to South LA.  The Crenshaw District is the heart/hub of the African American culture in Los Angeles.  Crenshaw is a neighborhood and district in southwestern Los Angeles, California. It derives its name from Crenshaw Boulevard, one of the city’s principal thoroughfares. The video also showcases a small part of the Hills behind the Crenshaw District, View Park, which is one of the wealthiest African American enclaves in the country.   The video doesn’t do “The District” complete justice however it does it give a small insight gem most of us here in South LA now as home.
