Help Build Schools In Darfur, Sudan

DarfuriLittle Ripples is hosting a Wine Tasting event at Barsha Wines and Spirits this upcoming Sunday, July 28th, 5-8pm.   Located at 917 North Sepulveda Boulevard in Manhattan Beach a couple blocks south of Manhattan Beach Blvd, the event was comprised to raise money to help build preschools in Darfuri refugee camps.  Darfur is a region in western Sudan; Hundreds of Thousands of Darfari people have been killed off by government armed and funded Arab militias, since 2003, presenting a 21st century genocide.  As of today, over 480,000 people have been killed, and over 2.8 million people are displaced.

Little Ripples is a preschool program tailored to a population exposed to severe trauma. It will plant a seed of education, peace, and hope for children and the community. Come enjoy Summer Evening of Wine, Food, Music, & Friends in support of building preschools in Darfur, Sudan.
