Just Another Day In SouthLA

SouthLAWired

SouthLAWired will be filmed as a webisode and structured to be featured on TransitTV.  SouthLAWired will be an educational and uplifting series for the South Los Angeles Community promoting: real estate, real estate development, community events, and community development.  SouthLAWired will feature upcoming projects and events within the South Los Angeles area, local real estate tours, one on one interviews with selected city officials, and “Post Round-Ups” of events and meetings. A large portion of Los Angeles Metro riders are South Los Angeles residents and by featuring SouthLAWired, we can cater to a demographic that is often overlooked.

Southla, a blog (South-LA.com) brings the latest news in development, real estate, and community events with an emphasis on the urban markets of Los Angeles.  We allow our followers and first time viewers to stay afloat with what is going on their community without ever leaving the comfort of their home or office.

SouthLA is the brain child of Devin Jones, a Hampton University Graduate with a passion for urban economic development.  After noticing the need for a one-stop website offering information on what is to come of our very own neighborhoods, Devin began to put in place tools to not only enlighten our communities but engage on new possibilities.  SouthLA is in its first launch phase, using the wordpress site to first gain momentum and traction with users,  SouthLA has many facets to offer and will slowly begin to work on each potential outlet; however we want to make sure we never lose our main focus which is to enlighten and educate our community on what is happening around them.
